قصة خطأ الحمار 

اصاب مرض خطير حيوانات الغابه وراحت تموت واحدا بعد الاخر 

عقد الاسد مجلسا لحيوانات الغابه وقال : يااصدقائي الاعزاء لن يخلصنا من هذه المصيبة التي حلت بنا الا ان يتقدم اكبر مذنب فينا ويضحي بنفسه في سبيلنا وله جميعا من هذا المرض الخطير

وسأبدأ بنفسي ان ضميري يعذبني فقد افترست كثيرا من الخراف رغم ان هذه الخراف لم تؤذني انا مستعد للتضحية بنفسي اذا لزم الامر

قال الثعلب : انت حاكم طيب ياملك الغابة لكن هل اكل الخراف جريمة ؟ لقد شرفتها بالتهامك لها 

وجاء دور الحمار فقال : اذكر انني ذات مرة مررت بحقل فلاح فقير ودقعني الجوع الشديد الى ان اكل بعض الحشيش الاخضر واعتقد ان لم يكن لى حق في ذلك 

وعندما سمعت الحيوانات هذا الكلام تعالت اصواتها باتهام الحمار وصدر الحكم على الحمار بالموت لانه المذنب الاكبر وعليه ان يضحي بنفسه في سبيل الجميع

A serious disease struck the animals of the forest and they began to die one after the other

The fox said: You are a good ruler, O king of the forest, but is eating sheep a crime? You have honored them by devouring them

Then it was the donkey's turn, and he said: I remember that once I passed by a poor farmer's field and I was driven by extreme hunger to eat some green grass, and I thought that I had no right to do so

When the animals heard this, their voices rose in accusing the donkey, and the donkey was sentenced to death because he was the greatest sinner and had to sacrifice himself for the sake of everyone
