كَيْفَ عَبَرَ الأَرْنَبُ الْحَكِيمُ النّهر ؟

 كَانَ الْأَرْنَبُ الْحَكِيمُ يَسِيرُ فِي هُدُوءٍ وَسَط الْحَشَائِشِ الْخَضْرَار وَبَيْنَمَا هُوَ فِي طَرِيقِهِ، وَجَدَ نَهْرًا يَعْتَرضُهُ.احْتَارَ الْأَرْنَبُ كَيْفَ يَعْبُرُ ذَلَكَ النَّهْرَ، وَرَاحَ يَنْظُرُ حَوْلَهُ إِلى أَن وَجَدَ جِذْعَ شَجَرَةٍ بَيْنَ ضِفَّتَي النَّهْرِ .بَدَأَ الْأَرنَبُ يَسِيرُ عَلَى جِذْعَ الشَّجَرَةِ لِيَصِلَ إِلَى الضَّفَّةِ الْأُخْرَى وَلَكِنَّهُ فُوجئ بِأَرْنَبِ آخَرَ يَعْبُرُ النَّهْرَ مِنْ فَوْقِالْجِذْعِ نَفْسِهِ وَلَكِنْ فِي الإِنْجَاهِالْمُقَابِلِ...

وَإِذَا بِذَلِكَ الْأَرْنَبِ الْآخَرِ يَقُولُ لَهُ فِي غُرُورٍ: "ابْتَعِدْ أَيُّهَا الْأَرْنَبُ الْأَحْمَقُ ... تَرَاجَعْ عَنْ طَرِيقِي حَتَّى أَعْبُرَ". انْدَهَشَ الْأَرْنَبُ الْحَكِيمُ مِنْ هَذَا الْأَسْلُوبِ غَيْرِ الْمُهَذَّبِ، لَكِنَّهُ رَدَّ فِي هُدُوءٍ: "أَنَا الَّذِي وَقَفَ عَلَى الْجِذْعِ أَوَّلًا. لِذَلِكَ، أَنَا مَنْ يَجِبُ أَنْيَعْبُرَ أَوَّلاً".لَكِنَّ الْأَرْنَبَ الْآخَرَ بَدَأَ يَقْفِرْ فِي غَضَبٍ، مُتَأَهْبًا أَنْ يَدْخُلَ مَعَهُ فِي عِرَاكِ.

فكر الارنب الحكيم في المشكله واذا بفكره مدهشة تخطر بباله ، وَقَالَ: "اسْتَمِعْ لِي يَا صَدِيقِي ... لَقَدْ جَاءَتْنِي فكرةً فَكَّرَ الْأرْنَ الْحَكِيمُ فِي الْمُشْكِلَة، حَتَّى خَطَرَتْ بِباله فكن قَالَ لَهُ الْأَرْنَبُ الْغَاضِبُ فِي ضِيقٍ : "قُلْهَا بِسُرْعَةِ، وَإِلَّا ضَرَيْتُكَ قَالَ الْأَرْنَبُ الْحَكِيمُ فِي هُدُوء:سَوْفَ أَرْقُدُ أَرْضًا، وَتَمُرُّ أَنْتَ مِنْ فَوْقِي وَتُكْمِلُ طَرِيقَكَ، ثُمَّ أَمْأَنَا وَأُكْمِلُ طَرِيقِي".

اقْتَنَعَ الْأَرْنَبُ الْغَاضِبُ، وَانْتَظَرَ حَتَّى رَقَدَ الْأَرْنَبُ الْحَكِيمُ أَرْضًا، ثُمَّ مَرَّ مِنْ فَوْقِهِ، وَسَارَ فِى طَريقِهِ؛ فَقَامَ الْأَرْنَبُ الْحَكِيمُ وَسَارَ فِي طَرِيقِهِ، وَهُوَ يَشْعُرُ بِقِيمَةِ الْحِكْمَةِ.

He said: “Listen to me, my friend... I have an idea.” The wise rabbit thought about the problem until it came to his mind. The angry rabbit said to him in distress: “Say it quickly, or I will hurt you.” The wise rabbit said calmly: “I will lie down on the ground, and you will pass over me and continue on your way.” Then he said: “I will sleep.” And I will continue on my way."
